Locally owned, JRM CONSULTING has been helping Ohio Landowners maximize their profits.  Started in 1999 by James R. Milleson, this small business was primarily formed for educating the landowner on Land and Timber Contracts, as well as Beef Cattle Marketing.

Freeport, Ohio has been home to the "MILLESON" family since 1807. They have been involved in public service ever since.  Our ancestors helped establish the village in 1810.  Shortly thereafter, they helped build the Quaker Church, which has recently been renovated to house our realty company.

We have a strong commitment to the betterment of our "HOME LAND" and every day, we are given opportunities to help the bottom line.

As land use has changed, new windows have opened;  such as, hunting leases, property management and marketing of our natural resources. Eastern Ohio is currently experiencing great speculation on our GAS & OIL rights. We will continue to stay ahead of the changing marketplace so we can assist landowners in marketing their goods.
